Our latest, low cost web design offer is to celebrate our "Tin" anniversary. Toucher Web Design has been around now for ten years. We started back in 2001 but first registered our domain name on 22 February 2002. We therefore celebrate the formal completion of our first decade on 21 February 2012.

To mark the occasion we have decided to put this low cost web design offer on for the full year around our anniversary. It will therefore be available for a full year from 22 August 2011 until 21 August 2012. It is open to all clients. This website design offer cannot be used with any other low cost package that may be advertised elsewhere on this website.

This may be a low cost website package but it is fully comprehensive and it includes the following ...

• Advice and Consultancy
• Graphic Design
• Onsite Search Engine Optimisation (giving you a chance of generating enquiries and business from your website)
• Rewriting of your text where required
• Submission of your completed website to Google and the other main search engines
• Submission of your website to DMOZ (the Open Directory Project).
• You will be fully aware of what standard you will be getting before committing to this. You can choose your layout and/or style from any similar website in our website design portfolio
  (The layout will be fully redesigned for you.)
• Masthead design to include your logo if you have one. If not we will create a unique masthead for you.
• Handover document detailing actions for further promotion of your website.

What do you get for £390?

You get the services listed above on a website of up to five pages designed specifically for your requirements. Actually if you need six pages we will not be hard to deal with, and depending on the content of the additional page we may be able to include the extra page within the £390 cost. We can include your images if required but if you don't have any we will provide up to one appropriate stock image of our choice per page at no extra cost.

Web Pages Included

The homepage is a requirement but some of the following pages are suggested as fairly standard and typical. The content can be changed to each individual's requirements or they can be replaced with other pages of your own choice.

• Homepage This is generally the page through which visitors will enter your site. It will include the main menu or "navigation" links to the other pages within your site. The home page is very important because it must immediately grab the attention of visitors who are interested in your products or services. It should provide brief, snappy information about what you do, capture their attention and provide a "hook" that tells them why they should do business with you and make them want to click through to your other pages.
• Products and/or Services page. If you are offering products or services you should list what you have to offer on this page. If there is a lot of information to be displayed you may want to consider making this an introduction page with links to a separate page for each individual product or service. Each page should have a header with a brief summary of the product or service and any additional information that your site visitors will need. If this page becomes too long consider breaking it down into two or more pages.
• Contact Details Page. It is likely that the whole purpose of your website is to get your visitors to contact you so you must ensure that it is easy for them to find your contact details.
  Your actual contacts page may also include a map to your premises, business name and address, mailing address, telephone, fax, email, emergency number, website address and an interactive, online enquiry form. This form is optional and can be included at no additional cost.
• About us page. This is commonly included to tell visitors who you are and what your business is all about. It should tell them why they should consider doing business with you and why you can be trusted to deliver. You can include information about your staff team, bios, qualifications and photos. You can also include a mission statement on this page.
• Portfolios and Case Studies page. If you are in a service industry or consultancy and have case studies that would help to illustrate your services and capabilities these should be included. If you can provide a portfolio you should do so. For example as a web designer I provide a portfolio of my previous work.
• Terms and Conditions page. If appropriate, a Terms and Conditions page can outline the way that you conduct your business.

Is this a Genuine Low Cost Website?

Yes it is. We believe that this package offers exceptional value. You will find cheaper website deals on the Internet but they will rarely (if ever) offer a complete package like this. Most of them will not have ten years experience of website design. They will not offer personal consultancy and they probably will not have our background in SEO. If they do and can prove it they will be asking for much more than we do.

The bottom line is that if you are looking at other companies you must compare what you are getting and if you find a similar deal cheaper then by all means get back to us and let us know.

Low Cost Design Package - What is not Included

We do not include your domain name (www.whatever.co.uk or hosting. If we did we would then be able to use this to tie you in to our services, which is not in your best interests. We advise all of our clients to register their own domain names to give them full ownership but we do offer advice and we can help you with this.

Other than an online enquiry form we do not include interactive elements like booking forms, etc. These require time to develop and implement so they cannot be included in this price.
